Chemic was established in 1990 as Chemic Industrial Consultants, actively involved in the start up of new companies mainly in the food and detergent sectors. Chemic was registered as a limited liability company in 1995 in compliance with Malta's Companies Act.
Activities and Markets
During the first years of operation Chemic has been active mostly on the local market. It operates from a centrally located office in Birkirkara with a 200 square meter warehouse in Qormi. Since 1999 international markets have been developed and deals secured in a number of countries including Libya, Tunisia, Egypt, Italy and Cyprus.
